Q:  If I create my own flyer will I still have to pay an e-Flyer creation fee?

  • A:  Yes.  We will still have to format whatever you provide so it will open up inside the recipient's e-mail box, instead of being sent as an attachment.  Often times we have to completely recreate an e-flyer, in which case we will use what you have prepared as a rough draft.  Our web designers have professional programs and thousands of hours experience using them that will make your eflyer look professional and dynamic.

Q:  Do I have to pay the New e-Flier Creation Fee each time I order an e-flyer for a new listing?

  • A:  Yes.  We are creating and hosting an html web page that has been specially formatted to e-mail. We have to create and host a new web page for each listing your order an e-flier for, therefore the new e-flier creation fee is charged on each new e-flier ordered.  Should you decide to re-send an e-flier we can make minor changes to it for free and you will only be charged the distribution fees for the lists you select and any delivery upgrades (Friday or Saturday delivery or 24 hour turnaround).

Q:  How many times will you send my e-flyer?

  • A:  Your distribution fee is for a one time send.  You will have to pay the distribution fee every time you wish to resend your e-flyer, however, you will not have to pay the e-flyer creation fee again to resend the same e-flyer.

Q:  How do you get images of my listing?

  • A:  You can send us a link to your MLS listing with images and we can pull images from there, or you can attach jpegs of your listing and e-mail them.  Either way, send the MLS page or your jpegs to joez@e-mailadvantage.com.

Q:  Do I have to list my property in the MLS in order to use this service?

  • A:  No.  You may market "pocket listings" through our service, too. 

Q:  How did you get my e-mail address?

  • A:  Our lists are compiled from a number of sources including business credit reports, annual reports, yellow page directories, business and industry directories and phone verification. The very most recent government records, licensing boards, municipal directories, telephone and office machine hookups, internet connections and searches, membership rosters, attendee registers, website registrations, DBAs, incorporations, 5,200 Yellow Page and Business White Page directories, county courthouse records, Secretary of State data, leading business magazines and newspapers, subscriptions, annual reports, 10Ks and other SEC filings, postal service information including National Change of Address, zip plus four, carrier route, and delivery sequence file.

Q:  How can I white-list your e-flyers so they land in my inbox?

  • A:  Each Internet Service Provider (ISP) and mail service has it's own proceedure.  For an overview of the most popular ISPs procedures, please click whitelist. 

Q:  What does it cost to use your service?

  • A:  Please click "Prices," above, to learn about pricing in your area.

Q:  Must I be a member of PayPal in order to send Payment?

  • A:  No.  You may use a credit card with PayPal.  
    To use your Credit Card for payment, look for a link located just above the PayPal login area that you can click to make a Credit Card payment.  Follow the instructions and that's it!  If you have a PayPal account you must use it to send payment.  If you had a PayPal account but no longer remember your account information you will need to sent payment via check.  Please call (702) 340-0799 for additional info.

Q:  I have a business I'd like to market to REALTORS®.  Can I do this through your service?

Q:  Why is it more expensive to send e-Fliers on Friday & Saturday?

  • A:  Too many e-Flyers sent on the same day can reduce the effectiveness of eFlyers received  that day. 
    Friday & Saturday are very popular for sending e-Flyers in order to promote listings just before Agents take their clients into the field.  Because of this, there is the danger of a large number of e-Flyers being sent on Friday & Saturday.  Too many e-Flyers sent on the same day can reduce the effectiveness of your e-Flyer because receiving Agents are more likely to delete them than to read them all.  We've made it less expensive for you to send e-mails Sunday - Thursday to encourage you to send your e-fliers then.

Q:  How do I place an order for several e-Flyers at the same time?

  • A:  The best way to do this is to complete each order form one at a time, and e-mail us the MLS links one at a time. You can pay for multiple e-flyer creation fees and distributions within our shopping cart by changing the quantity from 1 to however many you need to order, click update cart, below it, then submit payment.  This way we will understand what payment is intended for which e-flier ordered.
